Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods or services ordered electronically by the BUYER through the [https://officailtayf.com/] website of the SELLER.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER AND PAYMENT
2.1. The BUYER declares that it accepts the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the goods or services subject to the contract.
2.2. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other specified methods.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY CONDITIONS
3.1. The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within the legal periods.
3.2. Shipping costs are specified during the order and are covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
3.3. The delivery period of the products is 4-7 business days under normal conditions, but delays may occur due to force majeure.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
4.1. The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

4.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original packaging, complete and unused.

4.3. In return processes, the shipping fee will be covered by the seller if it is the seller's fault, but if the fault is the buyer's fault, the buyer will cover it.

ARTICLE 5 - LEGAL LEGISLATION AND DISPUTES
5.1. This contract has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

5.2. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized in disputes that may arise between the parties.

ARTICLE 6 - ENFORCEMENT
6.1. The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms when he/she approves this contract electronically.
